The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law, NLUD had organized a one day International Conference on Cross-Border Insolvency in collaboration with National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of Inida (IBBI) and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law - Regional Centre for Asia and Pacific (UNCITRAL RCAP) on 27th October 2017.
