KAIROS, March 3-5, 2017

National Law University Delhi celebrated the 4^th edition of its annual cultural and literary fest, Kairos, from 3^rd to 5^th March, 2017. This three day cultural extravaganza saw students from all leading colleges from Delhi and NCR region participate in multiple events. The inauguration ceremony was marked by speeches from the chief guest Ms. Santosh Yadav, the first woman to climb Mt. Everest twice, which was followed by folk dance and puppet shows by artists from Kathputli Colony.The first day saw tremendous participation from all colleges in musical and dance events like solo singing, solo dance and group dance. These events were followed by the much awaited pro night where Run! It’s the Kid, a Delhi based moody waltz band had the crowds sway to their spectacular tunes. This was followed by a DJ performance by Dunes Music festival.

The second day saw events like a capella, instrumental music competition, painting competition and battle of bands. The pro night saw a spectacular and lively performance by the Mumbai based duo Madboy/Mink, consisting of renowned television actress Saba Azad and Imad Shah. Day three was marked by flagship events like Ska Vengers, a city wide treasure hunt and Galli Galli Mein Shor Hai, a street play competition, stage play competition and slam poetry competition. The final pro night was marked by an enthralling performance by reggae duo Begum X and Delhi Sulatanate. Kairos indeed was a colourful and eventful three day festival.
