DR. GARIMA PAL

TEAM Dr. Pal received her Ph.D. from Symbiosis

Law School, Pune, where she was employed
as an Assistant Professor. She has
previously worked as a Research Associate
at the Institute of Social Sciences. She has
numerous publications in national and
international journals. She is a member of
the International Sociological Association as
well as a Member of South Asian Society of
Criminology and Victimology. At the Centre
she is working on "Hate Crimes: Prejudices
and Violence Faced by People From North
Eastern States" as a Research Associate,
amongst several other roles.

ANKIT KAUSHIK

Mr. Kaushik graduated from NLU, Jodhpur
(Constitutional Law Hon.) and completed
his post-graduation from NLUD (Criminal
Law and Constitutional Law). He has
successfully managed and completed
several major and minor research projects
for the Centre on varied subject areas
such as gender justice, juvenile justice,
preventive justice, victim justice, etc. He is
currently exploring Critical Criminal
Procedure at the Centre as a Research
Associate and is additionally working on

34 areas of victim justice; radicalisation; and
preventive criminalization.
