ACHIEVEMENTS
Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai was elected as the Vice President of Victim Support Asia, South
Korea.
Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai was elected as the Executive Committee Member of World Society
of Victimology.
Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai addressed participants on Exploring AI Based Implications for
Criminal Law in India, at the international workshop on Digitization, Artificial
Intelligence and the Law, organized by the University of Wurzberg, Germany.
Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai addressed the audience on ‘Victims of Crime – An Indian
Perspective’ in ‘Conference on Victim Support in Asia – Foundations for the Future’
organized by Victim Support Asia at Seoul, South Korea.
Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai chaired the session on ‘Law and Society’ and presented a paper on
Anti- Radicalization Strategies: A Study of Strategies in the State of Maharashtra,’ at the
16th Asia Law Institute Conference (ASLI) held at the National University of Singapore.
Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai & Mr. Ankit Kaushik provided legal consultancy to the BPRD for the
development of a White Paper on ‘Use of Community Policing Mechanism to Mitigate
Radicalisation and Mechanism for De-radicalization in India.’
Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai & Mr. Ankit Kaushik provided legal consultancy to the National
Investigation Agency for the development of a statutory definition of ‘radicalisation’ and
‘de-radicalisation.’
Mr. Bhishm Khanna received the Excellence Award at the India Law Conclave organised
by the Adhrit Foundation in August 2019.
Mr. Bhishm Khanna delivered a speech on the contours on the Sixth Schedule of the
Constitution and its benefits to the Ladakhi Community upon invitation from the Ladakh
Students Welfare Society, Delhi.
