CHAIRPERSON

PROF. (DR.) G. S. BAJPAI

Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai is an internationally renowned scholar, currently serving the tri-
role of Chairperson, Centre for Criminology and Victimology; Professor of Criminology

and Criminal Justice; and Registrar at NLUD. He is the President of the Indian Society of
Victimology; elected Vice Chairman of the Indian Society of Criminology; an elected
Executive Member of the World Society of Victimology; and Vice President of Victim
Support Asia.

Dr. Bajpai has contributed significantly to the digitalization of legal education through E-
PG Pathshala projects in law and criminology as well as guided the launch of MOOCs
courses in law for the first time in India. He has authored 15 books and over 80 research

32 papers along with leading several research projects. He is the editor of three acclaimed
journals - Journal of Victimology and Victim Justice, Journal of National Law University
Delhi, and the Indian Journal of Criminology.
