Practice of Law- Career and Values
National Law University, Delhi in collaboration with international IT company IBM organized a special event on Practice of Law- Career and Values on 8th October 2015. Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh delivered the welcome speech.Ayomi Burge, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel IBM Corporation addressed the students on the topic “Succeeding in a Legal Career”and discussed the core competencies which a lawyer must have for a long term success in legal career. Paloma Valor, Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Chief Trust and Compliance Officer-IBM Corporation, made her presentation on “Importance of Values and Integrity in Profession”.
The event was attended by other guests from IBM, faculty members and students of IVth and Vth year of NLU, Delhi. Registrar, Prof. G.S. Bajpai proposed the vote of thanks. |
