Professor Margaret Phillips, J.D., Fulbright-Nehru Teaching Scholar at National Law University, Delhi delivered a seminar on ‘Legal Literacy: A Comparison of Indian and U.S. Approaches’.

In the session, Professor Phillips critically assessed the state of legal awareness, access to justice, constitutional provisions, and the role of paralegals in the two countries.
