We are proud to share that Delhi High Court, in its recent judgment, has cited and relied on the conceptual frameworks developed by CCG, in its Working Paper on ‘Tackling the Dissemination and Redistribution of Non-Consensual Intimate Images (NCII).’
The order can be read here: https://bit.ly/3ADmiiR
CCG’s Working Paper can be accessed here: https://t.co/3vyqUJ8V1F
The Paper has been cited twice with its extracts being reproduced in paragraphs 29 and 56 within the text of the judgment. The judgment was delivered by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Subramonium Prasad of the Delhi High Court.
This development is a testament to CCG’s excellent work in this field and demonstrates the impact of its research.
