A Panel Discussion on the Proposed Amendments to Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 was organized by the Chair on Consumer Law, NLU Delhi on Saturday, 03rd July 2021. Sh. Ujjwal Kumar, Policy Analyst, CUTS International, Jaipur and Dr. Aneesh V. Pillai, Assistant Professor (Law) School of Legal Studies, CUSAT, Kerala were the panelists under the programme. External Faculty members Prof. Kiran Gupta from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and Dr. Sheetal Kapoor (University of Delhi) amongst others participated and shared their inputs on the proposed amendments. Dr. Sushila, Associate Professor (Law), NLU Delhi was the co-ordinator & moderator under the panel discussion.
