The National Law University Delhi team, comprising Sahil Malhotra, Romit Kohli, and Siddharth Kaushal, has won the "2021 Oxford International Intellectual Property Law Moot Competition".
In this prestigious international moot competition, the final teams were National Law University Delhi and Osgoode Hall Law School. The Grand Final on March 20, 2021 was judged by Lord Kitchin (Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom), Lord Justice Christopher Floyd (recently retired Lord Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales) and Lord Justice Birss (Lord Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales). Due to the Covid19 pandemic, all rounds of the Oxford International IP law moot competition were conducted online this year.
The National Law University Delhi congratulates the winning team.
