Talk on Regulatory Framework For Affordable Housing Through Real Estate 16th November 2019
Centre for Tax Laws, NLU Delhi, had organised a talk on ‘Regulatory Framework for Affordable Housing through Real Estate’. The talk was delivered by Mr. Suresh K. Mishra, General Manager, Law, HUDCO, New Delhi, and Ms. Shalini R. Panigrahi, Senior Manager, Law, HUDCO, New Delhi.
Mr. Mishra delivered a detailed talk on the topic from ancient India to modern India. He discussed and elaborated on various aspects of affordable housing. Ms. Shalini elaborated on the application of RERA, 2016, with a wider perspective.
