Delegation from the Diku visited NLU Delhi, 30 October 2019

A meeting with three representatives from Diku (Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education) was held with Prof. Ranbir Singh, Vice-Chancellor, NLU Delhi, Prof. (Dr.) G S Bajpai, Prof. and Registrar at NLU Delhi and Prof. Dr. Harpreet Kaur, Faculty and Project Director of INCP at NLU Delhi (Indo-Norwegian Cooperation Programme) 2015-2018, with the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen. The Indo-Norwegian collaboration programme, sponsored by UGC and SIU (Norway), was a joint project of NLUD and Faculty of Law, University of Bergen, Norway.

This meeting was to share NLUD’s experiences with the INCP. The three persons from Diku visiting NLUD were: Deputy Director General Gro Tjore, Adviser Unni Birkeland, and Adviser Camilla Krebs Tetler.

The agenda for the meeting covered an expanse of topics, including:

• Short introduction about Diku and background for visit
• Short introduction about NLUD
• NLUD’s experience with cooperation with UiB (University of Bergen, Norway through INCP and Erasmus+ (Academic and Administrative)
• Prospects for future cooperation
