Capacity Development Programme on Corporate Laws, June 13-18, 2016 |

National Law University, Delhi organized a six days ‘Capacity Development Programme for Corporate Laws’ from 13th-18th June, 2016 under the aegis of National Academy of Law Teachers and the Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance. This Programme for Corporate Laws was an Advanced Programme that provided advanced knowledge in the areas of Taxation, Investment, IPRs and Competition Law. Besides these areas, special sessions on ‘Ease of doing business in India’ were also included in order to keep participants abreast with latest developments in areas related to corporate laws. Faculty members who conducted sessions included not only academicians but lawyers and other corporate professionals also. 35 participants participated in the programme and greatly appreciated their learning and experience from this programme. |
