The three-day Justice With Children Seminar and Training for Legal Professionals, is underway at NLU Delhi!
We are glad to bring together esteemed members from the Judiciary, government, academia, civil-society organisations, legal professionals, and students, all under one roof to deliberate, reflect and discuss key issues related to child justice and access to justice for all children in conflict and contact with the law.
Day-one included a very enlightening round table discussion and immersive learning experiences such as simulations and court advocacy sessions.
The theme for this year’s event is “supporting a child-centred justice approach in India: catalysing collaboration.”
The event is organised by Global Initiative on Justice With Children represented by Terre des hommes (TDH) in partnership with Baker McKenzie’s Global pro bono practice, UNICEF India, and HAQ: Centre for Child Rights and is held in context of the upcoming 2025 World Congress on Justice With Children.
