Professor Jane K. Winn of University of Washington, Seattle, Washington specializes in comparative and commercial law, focusing on the impact of globalization and innovation on national legal systems.  She is co-author of Law of Electronic Commerce, a leading treatise, and copies of her recent publications are available online at  http://ssrn.com/author=334081.  A graduate of Queen Mary College, University of London and Harvard Law School, she is a member of the American Law Institute and has twice received Fulbright grants for research in China and Taiwan.  In 2022, she received a master’s degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering at University of Washington exploring the impact of information technology on access to justice as well as on legal education.
