Dr. Dinesh is an Assistant Professor of Law at National Law University Delhi.

 

Dinesh received his doctorate from the University of Delhi for his research on reforming the structure of administrative adjudicatory bodies in India, aligning their adjudicatory aspects in tune with the Constitutional and Common Law doctrines.

 

He received his B.A.LL.B. from GGSIPU. His LL.M. is from National Law University Delhi with specialisation in Public Law in 2014. He qualified UGC-NET along with JRF in 2014. He has previously worked as a judicial clerk at Delhi High Court and also practised at various Courts and Tribunals including Supreme Court of India. He is also alumni of the Indian Academy of International Law and the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies.

 

Before joining the University of Delhi he worked as a Research Associate at Centre for Comparative Law at National Law University Delhi. He has also assisted in the revision of V.N. Shukla’s Constitution of India, 13th Edition. He has taught at various institutions including GGSIPU and the University of Delhi.

 

His current publications profile largely focus on Comparative Law, regulatory studies and adjudicatory aspects of administrative adjudication in India and abroad. He has also participated and presented papers at various National and International Conferences.

 

His areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Procedural Laws, Comparative Law and Public Law.
