Diksha Munjal completed her LLM (with Merit) at the Faculty of Laws, University College London. Prior to joining the National Law University, Delhi, she had been practicing as an advocate at the Delhi High Court and other fora. She has not only been involved in teaching but is also a PhD scholar at NLUD. Besides, she has qualified the UGC-NET. Her areas of interest and publication include family law, medicine, ethics & the law, alternate dispute resolution and property law.
