Ms.Preeti Lakhera Srivastava did LL.B in 2004 from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and her LLM in 2006 from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. In her teaching experience at Faculty of law, University of Delhi she has taught Law of Evidence, Law of Torts, Limitation Law, Arbitration Law, Taxation Laws, Gender Justice and the Indian Legal System. In the coming years she wants her scholarship to be developing in Taxation Laws and Gender Justice. She also enjoys reading on the development and formulation of Financial Laws.
Area of Interest.
“Beggary Prevention Laws: Rhetoric and Reality” is one monograph published by Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, which was co-authored, researched and edited by her along with three fellow students sharing their views on different beggary laws and experiences of working in beggars court in Delhi while doing LLB. This Publication was compiled and researched under the able guidance of Prof. B.B. Pande an eminent professor of Criminal law.
Apart from her academic interests during her days at Faculty at Law she has contributed in promoting mooting activities among students. As a teacher member of the Moot Court Committee she has assisted in organizing Moot courts, judging internals, preparing teams and organizing workshops. She has also assisted in preparing case materials and framing curriculum outline for the subjects taught by her. She has participated in the organization of various seminars and talks on relevant law topics. Currently she is employed with National Law University, Delhi Dwarka as Assistant Professor (Law).
