Dr. Aparajita Bhatt, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law at National Law University, Delhi  is a Gold Medalist and University topper in both LL.M.(Business Law) and LL.B. She specializes in Business Laws. She teaches Cyber Laws, Corporate Laws and Mergers & Acquisitions at NLUD. She has previously worked as Faculty at National Law University, Jodhpur. Her doctorate work focuses on the legal aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions in the light of changes in the Indian corporate world. She has been a resource person at various workshops, national and international conferences. She has also presented papers in National and International Conferences/Seminars. She has been a coordinator for various projects, events and conferences at the University. 

 

She is the Director of the Centre for Cyber Laws. She has also been a course coordinator of UGC Swayam MOOCs and UGC e-pg Pathshala course on Information and Communication Technology.
