Mr. Neeraj Tiwari

Mr. Tiwari has begun his academic career from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. After teaching in HNLU for nearly two academic years he has joined the National Judicial Academy, Bhopal in the year 2012. In National Judicial Academy, he performed the task of conceptualizing academic programs for judges, conducting research in the area of criminal justice, taking interactive sessions and coordinating programmes for the Judges of Indian Judiciary. At NLUD, Mr. Tiwari is teaching Criminal Law to under-graduate and post-graduate students. He has also introduced a seminar course on Advanced Criminal Procedure for under-graduate students. 

Mr. Tiwari is associated with UGC ePG Pathshala Project on Law and Criminology in the capacity of Paper Coordinator. He has successfully coordinated two papers on 'Criminal Justice Administration' and 'Penology and Sentencing'. Both these papers can be accessed free of cost on the given links

Besides organising various Seminars and Conferences he has also presented papers in various Seminars and Conferences.  Mr. Tiwari is pursuing his academic and research  work in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Administration. Presently he is pursuing his doctoral work on the topic ‘Role of Magistracy at Pre-trial Stage under Indian Criminal Justice System’ from National Law University Delhi.
