Mr. Neeraj Tiwari

Mr. Tiwari has begun his academic career from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. After teaching in HNLU for nearly two academic years he has joined the National Judicial Academy, Bhopal in the year 2012. In National Judicial Academy, he performed the task of conceptualizing academic programs for judges, conducting research in the area of criminal justice, taking interactive sessions and coordinating programmes for the Judges of Indian Judiciary. At NLUD, Mr. Tiwari is teaching Criminal Procedure Law to under-graduate students. He has also introduced a seminar course on Advanced Criminal Procedure for under-graduate students.
Besides organising various Seminars and Conferences he has also presented papers in various Seminars and Conferences. Mr. Tiwari is pursuing his academic and research work in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Administration. Presently he is working on ‘Alternative Sentencing in cases of Capital Punishment’ and ‘Victims of Crime’.
