Ms. Mehak Bajpai completed her masters in Criminal and Constitutional Law in 2018 from the National Law University Delhi. Since then, she has worked on the NHRC’s project with NLU Delhi on the POSH Act (Impact Assessment) as well as taken up teaching assistance assignments in the University for the LL.M course. She has contributed to several journals as a contributor and editor. She also continues to write for mainstream newspapers on several issues.
