Her areas of interest are Alternative Dispute Resolution and Procedural Laws. Before joining this University, she was teaching at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. She is presently teaching courses on Civil Procedure and ADR methods.

She has been actively engaged in various research projects which included Sub-National Governance, Legal Assistance Programme for Land, Village Peace Makers Program among others. She has held various academic and administrative positions. She has participated in national as well as international seminars and her research papers are published in various leading journals and books.
