Seventh Law & Policy Dialogue
‘The Law & Policy Dialogue’ is the initiative for the promotion of research. The National Law University Delhi organized the seventh dialogue in the series of dialogues being organized under this initiative on 30th October 2015. The dialogue was initiated by Prabhakar Singh, Associate Professor and Executive Director, Centre for International Legal Studies at Jindal Global Law School on the topic, “Sino–Indian Attitudes to International Law: of Nations, States and Colonial Hangovers” based on his recently published article in The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law.
The dialogue was commented upon by Professor A. Jayagovind, Visiting Professor, NLU Delhi and Mr. Kiran Mohan, Legal Advisor at AALCO. After which discussion followed for over an hour.
It was attended by some students, researchers and faculty members from NLU Delhi; Law Faculty Delhi University; Jindal Global Law School, JGU and South Asian University. |
