Requirement of a Research Assistant
Wanted a Research Assistant to Project entitled “Hate Crimes – Prejudices and Violence Faced by People From North Eastern States and Measures to Counter – A Empirical Study” funded by ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) on the temporary basis initially for a period of six months and extendable upto one year. The incumbent would be mainly required to carry out the desk and field research and other related assignments as may be delegated by the Project Director on time to time basis. The incumbent should be possess a minimum qualifications of Master’s Degree in Criminology/LL.M. (preferably Criminal Law). The candidate must have research experience in terms of collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data, report writing and analysis. The writing skills must be very high quality.
The incumbent would be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 15,000/- per month. Travel Allowance would be provided based on field assignments.
