Professor of Business Law, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He had been post doctoral fellow with the Academy of Sciences, USSR, Moscow. He was Chairman, Department of Laws and Dean, Faculty of Law, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla, Professor of Business Laws, Gulf Institute for International Law, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Cultural Advisor to the permanent delegation of UNESCO, Paris, France, founder Director, Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, India and founder Director, Lincoln College of Law, Sirhind, Punjab, India.
He taught business laws in Himachal Pradesh University, National Law School India University, Bangalore, India, National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University, Hyderabad, India, Gulf Institute for International Law Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, India and Lincoln College of Law, Sirhind. Punjab, India.
He has visited various Universities and Institutes USSR (Moscow) 1988-89, CHINA (Beijing) 1995, PAKISTAN (Lahore) 1995, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (Dubai and Abu-Dhabi) 1997, FRANCE, (Paris) 2001, USA (Hawaii) 2004, CHINA (Beijing) 2005, USA (Chicago) 2005, NEPAL (Kathmandu) 2007, CHINA (Wuhan) 2007 and CHINA (Wuhan) 2008 for academic purposes.
He had been Visiting Faculty at National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University, Hyderabad, National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Musoorie (Indian Administrative Services Trainees), and Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy, housed in Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, Summerhills, Shimla.
He has published three books and 23 research articles in various Journals of national repute. He participated and contributed research papers in 15 national seminars and 15 International seminars and conferences.
He made Key note Presentation titled Politics of TRIPS vis-ŕ-vis Traditional knowledge and Folklore at International Conference on the Protection of the Cultural Heritage and IPR hosted by The Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan, Hubei Province PR China on April 21-22, 2007.
He made keynote presentation in “2008 International conference on implementing IPR stratagem and perfecting IPR system” held at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, China from April 19-22 2008.
